Had no reference. On the spur of the moment I want helpful critiques w/ the problem and solution or suggestions on the execution. Comments

--   not bad. the right side of the figure does fall away in disproportion. This visually causes a "tenseness" in the upper torso of the figure. That arm should be extended and/or forshorted (depending on what the figure was supposed to be doing*)The face is interesting...the eyes seem a bit sincere, but doesnt seem to agree with the rest of the face(like a cringe)Was this the intent? . All in all, pretty good for being spur of the moment
*note: the arms/hands can be just as expressive as the facial features -- gallery ty sir. I shall take all that into account.
--   I think if anything just watch your anatomy and proportions. Individually the facial features are right, but the angles and proportions of them together are off. The position of her mouth and nose dont fit with the angle of her face. Also the hair could have a bit more movement in it, im not sure.
For a spur of the moment with no ref, its good. keep it up! practice practice  -- (+[__]%) <3 --------------------------------- I am a cipher. A cipher wrapped in an enigma. Covered in Secret sauce! Ty for your mini critique! I am working on proportion and anatomy. In fact I have now 2 classes that specialize in that sorta thing.
